Did you know that within the next three years, watching digital television (Sky TV or Freeview channels) via an analogue signal will soon be switched off, leaving you with only a few options?
Visual Dynamics can help you set up for the future digital television, so that you can have a crystal clear picture of Freeview and Sky television.
With analogue signals soon to be switched off gradually from between May 2011 to November 2013 everyone will have to view digital television (Freeview) in three different ways.
There will be no more VHF transmissions, and the only options will be:
1) Sky Television
Contact Sky Television on 0800759759 for up to date pricing, contracts and to set up a Sky Television decoder.
Talk to Visual Dynamics if you'd like to have Sky distributed to every room of your house.
2) Satellite Freeview
Satellite Freeview requires a satellite dish (if you have an existing sky dish, you're half way there) and a desktop satellite digital receiver/decoder.
This will give you 19 (on air now) crystal clear channels with more to come. This device will suit any type of television no matter what it’s age in any part of New Zealand as long as the Satellite dish has a clear view of the N.W sky, 45 degree elevation.
All these channels are viewed in a standard definition format. Other foreign channels can be received as well with a dual LNB.

3) Terrestrial Freeview
Terrestrial Freeview comes in HD (high definition) and requires a UHF digital antenna installation that is pointed towards your local transmitter.
This suits HD televisions with Freeview built (Freeview box) in or a desk top HD receiver can be installed.
Analogue UHF antennas are not suitable as they degrade the digital frequencies passing through the cable connection which produces low signal quality resulting in pixcelation or picture drop out.
